AnCor's History
AnCor, Inc. was incorporated in 1985 by Thomas and Joseph Anthony. From the beginning, it has been AnCor’s philosophy to treat every project like it was their own, and to create strategic partnerships with our clients. Through quality workmanship, attention to detail, aggressive scheduling and competitive pricing, AnCor has grown from a local general contractor to a national design / build firm.
In 1999, at the request of numerous clients, AnCor established a design department. The combination of design and construction allows AnCor to control the entire construction process. From inception to conclusion, design/build provides more accurate budget goals, tighter project schedules, and gives clients a single point of contact for the entire project.
The client relationships we have fostered over the years have provided us with a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from on all future projects.
