Our team of professionals will perform a site survey and document existing conditions of structures, site facilities and mechanical systems. In addition, AnCor will obtain and analyze all federal, state, and local codes and municipal regulations, as well as landlord/owner criteria. AnCor will provide a written report for the client which outlines the conditions and feasibility of their project. AnCor documents existing conditions using on-site measurements, digital photographs, and a professionally written evaluation of the conditions. When applicable, landlord criteria is analyzed.
In connection with its design-build services, AnCor’s in-house design department provides its clients with design drawings that meet all federal, state, and local codes, rules and regulations pertaining to their project. In addition, AnCor utilizes state of the art technology to create renderings, 3-D graphics and virtual tours for any type of project. Further, AnCor’s design team works in connection with our construction department project managers to produce designs that are both stunning and economically viable.

These relationships allow AnCor to ensure that all drawings are prepared in the utmost professional manner in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local codes, rules and regulations and are completed within the project’s budget and schedule.
As a result of our vast knowledge and experience, AnCor has the ability to submit to all municipal departments, and complete all permitting requirements. AnCor’s understanding of commercial development and construction marketplace is a key factor in efficiently evaluating and resolving code and landlord / owner issues, while keeping the best interest of the client in mind. AnCor prides itself on its ability to create strong relationships between clients, landlords and agencies. AnCor’s Permitting Department will monitor all aspects of a project, and will work with its clients step by step to see that their needs are met. It is AnCor’s belief that project coordination is of utmost importance when dealing with time sensitive submittal documents. As such, we take care of all project coordination so our clients don’t have to.
AnCor will coordinate all scheduling with the consultant’s, subcontractors, and suppliers to produce accurate schedules that will meet the client’s needs. We understand the commitment required to produce quality projects while meeting crucial deadlines.
AnCor’s construction department has a nationwide presence, and is licensed and/or registered to perform design build and general contracting services in all 50 states as well as Canada.
